Dear Reader,
Thank you for visiting my website. While my books and short stories are heavily researched, edited, and proofed, no story ever published is perfect. Should you find any errors in them or wish to provide feedback, please email me at jeff@jjrlore.com or leave a note on my Facebook page.
Many authors revise their ebooks from time to time based on comments received or to improve the text generally. You may, at no cost, download to your computer or mobile device the latest revision of any ebook you have previously purchased by completing the following steps:
Using your Kindle device or cellphone:
-
If you have a Kindle device or a Kindle app on your mobile device, then within the Kindle program or app, press the "More" icon.
-
Press the "Sync" menu item.
This method should transfer the latest revision of the ebook from Amazon.com to your cellphone. If this does not work immediately, try again after a few minutes (or hours), after the interconnecting electronic systems across the Internet cooperate better.
Using a desktop computer:
-
Go to www.amazon.com and log into your Amazon account.
-
Select the menu item "Account & Lists,"
-
Under "Your Account," select "Content and Devices."
-
Select "Books."
-
Scroll to the ebook you wish to wish to update.
-
Click on the Update Available link under the book title.
-
If there is no blue link available, then chances are your book upgrade will occur automatically over time.
I apologize that I cannot provide a more definite update experience. The programming between Amazon, Kindle, KDP publishing, and other software systems keeps changing and seems to vary between users, devices, and operating systems.
Happy reading,
J.J. Richardson
